Authors and partners

This report was developed by the Ukrainian Legal Advisory Group (ULAG), a Ukrainian non-governmental organization working in the field of justice and accountability in armed conflict. ULAG helps victims of the grave crimes, society and the state to overcome the consequences of war by developing and promoting solutions to ensure justice and accountability in Ukraine and worldwide.

Authors

Since 2014, most of our team members have been actively working in this field, constantly improving their knowledge and practical skills in the field of international human rights law, international criminal law and humanitarian law. We have strong partnerships with leading organizations and institutions around the world, which allows us to combine the domestic context with best international practices.

Our practice covers strategic litigation in national, foreign and international jurisdictions, legal analysis, advocacy, training and consulting. In addition, we are engaged in the development of documentation infrastructure. Through these activities, we work to strengthen the capacity of the domestic justice system and improve the global justice architecture in the long term.

We strive to help victims of the grave international crimes restore their rights and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice. We do so with professionalism and compassion for those who have suffered the greatest wrongs.

Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukraine is a key partner in supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening justice, accountability and human rights in Ukraine.
